The first half of this trip is a gradual climb above Libby Creek. On the Horse Mountain road, take the first left after .5 mile and continue up through the clearcut. Continue .8 mile and turn right to the lookout. Length: 12 miles (one way) -- Township 28N, Range 30W, Section 33 Trail Beginning: End of plowed Libby Creek road; Elevation 2715 feet.
